Client Directors at ADS pro-actively network, cold call, and sell to multiple contacts within an organization, including “C” levels. This individual will manage and develop relationships with customers and provide a consultative sales approach that delivers the highest level of account management services.  The Client Director works hand in hand with their Field Security Architect to understand the goals and concerns of the client. The Client Director along with their Field Security Architect must also be able to understand and apply the strengths of our vendor partners’ products and our internal services that are available to meet their clients’ goals and solve their challenges.  This position is a virtual/remote with regional travel required.

Open positions for the following territories: Mid-Atlantic, Carolinas, Atlanta, Miami, Tampa.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed required sales and profit targets.
  • Partner and collaborate with vendors and partners to the benefit clients and the ADS Brand.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as with a team.
  • Position, configure and quote product and service solutions to clients.
  • Membership and participation in local and regional Cyber Security associations, groups, and organizations.
  • Detailed understanding of Salesforce.com and diligence in lead and opportunity management.
  • Accurately and consistently report sales forecasts and opportunity funnels
  • Understanding of service proposal writing, delivery, and execution
  • Aptitude to understand our partners value ad ability to apply that to ADS clients
  • Work with Field Marketing to support partners and build ADS Brand within given territory and client base
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Strong communication with both clients and vendors/partners on day-to-day expectations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in the IT space required with successful track record (preference for experience in Information Security at a Vendor or Partner)
  • Current enterprise security space experience preferred
  • Strong and current relationships with key accounts in the region
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoom
  • Confident and thoughtful presentation skills
  • Verifiable history of exceeding sales goals and generating leads
  • Previous experience and success in building territories and generating new client accounts
  • Understanding of the varying aspects and experience in Cyber Security Services
  • College Degree or relative experience required

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you’ll represent the company by implementing and supporting information security systems and solutions for multiple clients. As well as providing technical assistance to other team members with information security requests and incidents. You will also be expected to be a leader in our organization by mentoring and supporting the daily activities of junior security engineering team members.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implementation and support of IT security solutions.
  • Including yet not limited to; Cyber, Network, Endpoint, Threat Management security solutions.
  • Review and validate security related Change Control requests including initial approval / rejection
  • Operate independently as a technical lead on security related projects.
  • IT support relating to issues with network security and systems infrastructure
  • Document maintenance for all relevant systems infrastructure.
  • Perform network security design and configuration assessments of Client environments.
  • In partnership with the customer management teams, assist in the architecture and development of IT security solutions aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • As a key member of the security team, participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployments.
  • Author high-quality technical specifications, documentation and accurately estimate project requirements for customer proposals.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of proposals.
  • Be thorough in contributing to testing strategies and high-quality training documentation.
  • Achieve technical certifications aligned with company objectives.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of relevant customer business reviews.
  • Participate in on-call duties as necessary to provide emergency coverage for customer issues. Emergency coverage is 24×7 and may include but is not limited to participating in remote remediation/diagnostic calls, providing on-site break fix assistance, and working with peers, end users, manufacturers or other parties to resolve issues.
  • Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT security relates to their business strategy and goals.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems as they occur.
  • Work through Service tickets and Project Tasks/Phases in ITSM systems as assigned by a Service Manager
  • Work under the direction of the Service Management
  • Utilize SOC tickets as service or project tickets in ITSM systems.
  • Review IT publications and online materials to remain up to date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN technologies and monitoring/management applications.
  • Must have professional IT and/or Security Certifications, such as: Security+, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, Cisco CCNA, Palo Alto Networks PCNSA/SE, Fortinet NSE
  • Experience in network systems troubleshooting and technical diagnosis skills.
  • Experience Firewall Policy and Rules Management experience (Check Point, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet)
  • Experience with Cyber/Network Security Policy Management experience (Solarwinds, Netskope, Algosec, Tufin, Skybox, Varonis, SIEM/QRadar, NAC/Forescout)
  • IT Service Management systems usage experience (Service Now, BMC, CA, ConnectWise, Jira)
  • Ability to follow clearly defined requirements
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow written communications and materials (Runbooks, Playbooks, Knowledge Base)
  • Cloud and Cyber Security experience within AWS and Azure
  • Ability to build clearly defined requirements and convert them into robust technical architecture.

  • Ensure maximum profitability
  • Identify Atlantic Data Security service opportunities with the relevant set of partners
